Our tooling and production quality controls include:

  • Die and profile inspection at first article and throughout production runs

  • Calibrated tools for durometer, wall thickness, cross-section geometry, and surface finish

  • Retained first-article and production samples tied to specific tool revisions and compounds

These controls ensure that every rubber and plastic profile leaving OEP meets its approved dimensional, material, and performance specifications—every time.

Confidence Through Retained Samples

Retained QC samples provide a physical benchmark tied to each tool revision, compound, and approved profile—ensuring:

  • Re-orders match the original approved extrusion in geometry, durometer, and appearance

  • Tool wear or compound changes can be identified and corrected before they affect production quality

This commitment gives customers confidence that their rubber and plastic extrusions—whether EPDM gaskets, silicone seals, or PVC profiles—will remain dimensionally and materially consistent, run after run.
